18 foot Extension to Storefront

The property owner first commissioned architectural drawing for her vision in 2006. Now she is able to see her vison come to life.

Structural Installation

New extension adds over 500 sf of space to property and provides owner with two rentable storefronts opposed to only one.

This renovation project is near and dear to our hearts. This is the East Buffalo Development headquarters and home of the Builder's Lounge. We have far to go but we are making progress in turning this property into a welcoming and motivating community space.

Bailey Commercial Corridor Maintenance

REGULAR LITTER REMOVAL

Biweekly litter removal along Bailey Avenue between Winspear and Rt. 33. Removal of over 60 large trash bags of litter over three months. Will plow when snowfall is over 3 inches.
